文職執法人員，部門為香港海關其中一個bureau，早期工作主要是管制出入口產地來源，紡織品配額，冒牌貨，是由一班海關軍裝分支出來成立的，由於現時無紡織品配額，主要工作是做商品說明，戰略物資……
要執行調查，取口供，拘捕，上庭，檢控，近年還要駐守邊境管制站，軍裝截車，交俾你follow
雖然不是紀律部隊，但是under C&E，所以紀律要求比一般部門高
要on call ，不用輪更，無需槍械訓練
最高職位是SPTCO，即AD級
2012年有過萬人申請，筆試有8800人
得500人可以獲得interview 機會爭取35 個空缺
